Ingredients
Thunder Rhubarb and Ginger Vodka 50ml
Gin 25ml
Frejya's Crema Custard 25ml
Lemon Juice 12ml
Lime Juice 12ml
Egg White 1
Sugar Syrup 12ml
Soda Water top up
How to mix
Except for the soda water, shake all other ingredients vigorously for 30 seconds. Then add ice to the shaker and shake for a further 30 seconds. Strain into a tall chilled glass and top up with soda water.
