'Rhubarb & Ginger Hi-Ball'

The Thunder Rhubarb and Ginger Hi-Ball is an extremely refreshing cocktail; it's fruity, fresh and zingy. Perfect for a hot summer's day.

Ingredients

Thunder Rhubarb & Ginger Vodka: 50 ml 

Lime Juice 12.5 ml

Ginger Ale 60 ml

Garnish Slice of lime

How to mix

Pour Rhubarb Vodka and lime juice into a shaker with cubed ice and shake hard. Pour into a Hi-Ball and top up with the ginger ale
