'Thunder Rhubarb Collins'

Thunder’s Rhubarb Collins is a twist on the classic. Refreshing and sweet, it swaps out gin for our delicious Rhubarb vodka and adds a punchy kick with the lemongrass and ginger cordial. This cocktail only requires four ingredients, making it an easy win. 

Ingredients

Thunder Rhubarb & Ginger Vodka 50 ml

Lemongrass & Ginger Cordial 20 ml

Lemon Juice 10 ml

Lime Squeeze of Lime

Top Up  Soda Water

Garnish Lemon 

How to mix

Pour the vodka, cordial and lemon juice into a shaker and shake hard with cubed ice. Strain over crushed ice into a hi-ball and then top up with soda water.
