'Rhubarb Spritz'

Thunder's Rhubarb Spritz is a light and refreshing cocktail. This one is extremely easy to make, so it's perfect if you don't have very much time. Hot summer days and a rhubarb spritz are meant to be perfectly married!

Ingredients

Thunder Rhubarb & Ginger Vodka 50 ml

Prosecco 75 ml

Soda Water 25 ml

Garnish Lemon twist and rhubarb peel

How to mix

Into a chilled wine glass with cubed ice, pour the vodka, followed by the Prosecco, then top up with a dash of soda water.
