'THUNDER MARTINI'

Our own twist on the classic Porn Star Martini, this cocktail is passion in a glass. It has been designed to be drunk in alternating sips with Champagne, to bring out all of the qualities of the martini drink and its smooth fruity flavours.

Ingredients

Thunder Toffee + Vodka: 40 ml

Gomme 6ml

Pineaple juice 25 ml

Passion fruit puree  15 ml

Champagne 25 ml

Garnish Passion fruit wheel or fresh physalis fruit with a champagne shot on the side.

How to mix

Passion fruit wheel or fresh physalis fruit with a champagne shot on the side. Shake all ingredients excluding champagne and double strain into a martini glass.
