'LOVE FROM THE SUN'

This refreshing cocktail is a great drink to explore the boundaries of sweet and sour flavours and will be best enjoyed when the sun is shining.

Ingredients

Thunder Toffee + Vodka: 25 ml

Dark Rum 10 ml

Lime Juice  10 ml

Fresh Passion Fruit Half

Passion fruit puree 5 ml

Mint leaves  8

Gomme  (Sugar Syrup) 12 ml

Garnish Passion fruit slice with a large sprig of mint.

How to mix

Shake all of the ingredients listed above very hard for 20 seconds, then double strain the mix into a cocktail glass full of crushed ice.
