The Thunder Toffee + Vodka Collins is a Fruity, Fizzy and Sweet; Thunder Vodka’s toffee twist to a classic cocktail.

Ingredients

Thunder Toffee + Vodka: 30 ml

Gin 20 ml

Club Soda Top up

Gomme syrup 10ml

Lime 2 Wedges

Lemon 2 Wedges

Garnish Lemon Peel

How to mix

Muddle the citrus fruit in the Highball glass, releasing all of their juices. Then add the Thunder toffee vodka, Gomme syrup & some ice cubes. Top up with soda and churn.
