'The Thunder Colada'

Here is a very tasty Thunder Toffee + Vodka twist to a fruity classic; The piña colada  is a sweet, Rum based coconut and pineapple cocktail.

Ingredients

Thunder Toffee + Vodka: 25 ml

White Rum 25 ml

Pineapple Juice 75 ml

Ginger Beer top up

Lime Squeeze of Lime

Garnish Lime wedges and a pineapple leaf.

How to mix

To make a Thunder Colada, fill the highball glass with cubed ice, add your Thunder Toffee + Vodka and Pineapple juice. Stir, then top up with fiery ginger beer and squeeze in
the fresh lime.
