'The Storm Cloud'

The Storm Cloud cocktail is full of  balanced flavours, that work in perfect harmony with one another.

Ingredients

Thunder Toffee + Vodka: 40 ml

Egg White 1

Fresh Ginger Large Chunk

Gomme  12 ml

Lime Juice 10 ml

Garnish Lime Wedge

How to mix

Separate the egg white from the yolk and add to a cocktail shaker  with cubed ice and all other ingredients except the ginger. Break and crush the ginger with a muddler and then add to the mixture, shake vigorously to infuse the flavours. The strain into tumbler glass over cubed ice.
